How many vehicles can you provide for one event?

We regularly supply multiple vehicles for a single event — around 20 for the Australian Grand Prix each year. Whether you need two vehicles or twenty, get in touch and we'll work out what your event needs.

Do you provide drivers, or just the vehicles?

Both — we can provide a vehicle with an experienced driver, or a self-drive hire, depending on what your event requires. Let us know your needs and we'll put together the right option.

How far in advance should we book for an event?

The more notice the better — organising drivers and vehicles for a large event can take a few months, so around 6 months ahead is a great time to reach out. That said, events don't always allow for that much lead time, so get in touch even at short notice and we'll do everything we can to help.

Do you cover events outside Melbourne and Sydney?

Yes, depending on budget and logistics. If your event needs drivers travelling beyond Melbourne or Sydney, the cost of their accommodation, travel and meals would need to be factored in. Get in touch to discuss what's possible for your location.

What's included in the price?

This depends on your event. For large, established events we're often able to provide one all-inclusive price covering everything required. For newer or less defined events, we'll quote based on your specific needs as they're confirmed — which may include vehicle hire, drivers, and vehicle transport to your location if needed.
