How far in advance should I book a day tour?
We recommend booking at least a month in advance, as some venues — like museums and expos — may need advance bookings themselves and can sell out. That said, we'll always do our best to accommodate whatever notice we're given, though very short notice, such as one day, is unlikely to be enough time for us to arrange a tour.
Can we customise the itinerary?
Yes, absolutely — we want you to have a great day, and we're happy to adjust the itinerary to suit you. Please also note that we may need to adjust the planned itinerary ourselves if circumstances require it:
Is a driver included in the tour price?
Yes — every day tour includes a driver. Please note that our driver's role is to safely drive and support you throughout the day; they aren't a tour guide and won't be providing guided commentary or historical narration.
What's included in the price?
Your tour price includes the vehicle, driver, unlimited kilometres, eTag for toll roads, and full comprehensive insurance. It does not include entry fees, meals, drinks, or souvenirs — these are paid separately on the day. If you'd like our driver to accompany you into a venue for extra support, their entry fee would also need to be covered.
What Participants & Families Say
"The effort and care taken by our driver Hermann and the ease of communication with Diane in the booking department were much appreciated. Our driver was punctual and very attentive to my sister's requirements for travel in her wheelchair."
"When we arrived to pick Mum up we realised the hoist wasn't wide enough to fit her chair. We rang Hermann in the hope he might have a bigger one. Not only did he have one, he brought it down to us! You have got yourselves a regular customer here for sure."
